Ingredients :
- 35 gr margarine
- 3 glasses cooking oil
- 0.5 wheat powder
- 3 pcs eggs
0.5 teaspoon salt
0.5 teaspoon nutmeg
Methods :
- Fry the potatoes until it has yellow color and pestle
- Mix salt, nutmeg, egg yolk and liquid margarine
- Shake hard egg white
- Mixed all ingredients, make spherical form
- Roll on wheat powder then dips on egg white
- Fry on hot cooking oil
- Ready to serve
